One day I'm doing JV's and the Ass Manager is saying about the next day "I hate NATREZ." I looked at all of our no shows and then did a hisory check and realized most of them were former customers, wow I never thought of them as customers back in the day and discribing them as such is strange. I called all of my no show nat rez customers and I believed that they were lying when they said that they never made a REZ. My mind might have clicked or, I had been at ERAC so long that I began to see like them bu t I realized that my branch had to pay for NAT REZ about 60 cents per rez. I called nat rez and told them I would no longer need their services. Later that week my RVP walks in and tells us that NAT REZ is working for us and I then told him we don't need them to make money. St. Louis is stealing about 120 dollars a month off of fake REZS from my old beloved branch

T & E
Wow I can't believe some times how Enterprise works. I'm a real VP in St. Louis and say to myself I need a new house in South America so lets just increase everyones T & E by say ONE dollar well that should be fine. T & E should be named black hole. ASK YOUR ACCOUNTANT EXPLAIN WHERE THE MONEY WENT AND THEY CAN'T TELL YOU. Oh they will say it went to this and that but ask for an itemized invoice.
