The amount of fan mail arriving at Failing Enterprise just
keeps growing. I've received several more encouraging and
complimentary messages just this week. Since the fan mail page
just kept getting bigger, I've decided to split it up into smaller
pages. This should make for faster page downloads. Check

I've been hearing a steady stream of complaints from people who
can't get satisfaction from their local branch and are then
stonewalled when they try to escalate up the food chain.
Enterprise greatly assists in this frustration by removing all
corporate contact information from their web site. As a public
service, I've created (and now updated) a
Contact Page
to help people find a way to search for someone higher up who might
be sufficiently motivated to fix a specific customer problem.

Customers: if they've really done you wrong, don't let them
hide from you. Bring your complaints to corporate headquarters
and keep at it until they take you seriously.
